1 Definitions & Interpretation

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each individual may create only one account.

bvc88 may request a Member to submit additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Attempting to create multiple accounts from the same household or the same device may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

bvc88 supports the popular payment methods available in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 via any method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals are only applicable to the registered payment method — transactions to third-party accounts are not accepted.

bvc88 reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual transactions. If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, the relevant funds may be frozen.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

bvc88 offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be met to activate the bonus.

Example: Depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Before withdrawing bonus winnings, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount — that is ৳20,000 (calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).

• Members must comply with the terms and conditions to remain eligible for bonuses.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• bvc88 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• In any bonus-related dispute, the decision of bvc88 is final.

VIP membership progresses through three tiers, from Bronze to Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — starting at 0.3% at Bronze and going up to 1.5% at Diamond. Eligibility requirements and full details for VIP benefits are provided separately.

5 Betting Rules

Members must follow the rules below when placing bets on bvc88:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• bvc88 reserves the right to void a bet if an abnormal outcome occurs due to a technical error.
• Using any software or method to influence outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and the funds will be returned.
• Each game or betting section may have its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant section.

bvc88 ensures that all games are operated according to fair play principles and that results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6 Responsible Gaming

• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Taking any action to disrupt the security or operation of the platform.

bvc88 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

8 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content published on the bvc88.bar website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of bvc88. Copying, distributing, or using these for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.

The intellectual property of content from third-party game providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe — remains with the respective companies.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Account Suspension & Closure

bvc88 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a breach of the Terms & Conditions is found.
• Identity verification documents are not submitted within the specified time.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (with prior notice).
• At the Member's own request.
• As directed by applicable law or regulation.

Any valid balance will be returned before the account is closed, though bonus funds may not apply.

11 Limitation of Liability

bvc88 is committed to providing services as a secure and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Issues arising from internet disruptions or third-party technical failures.
• Issues caused by the Member's own device or network.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, government directives, or pandemics.
• Unauthorized access to an account by a third party through illegal or unapproved means.

Gaming inherently carries financial risk. bvc88 does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for losses arising from gaming.

12 Dispute Resolution
